SHIPPING
Shipping is $5.00 within the United States and free for all U.S. orders over $60.00. International customers, please contact us. All items are shipped from Baltimore, MD via USPS Priority Mail. Turnaround time for in stock items is approximately 1 week. (does not apply to wholesale orders)

PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards using PayPal’s Shopping Cart, a free and secure method of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

FULFILLMENT
We try very hard to keep all items in stock, but can’t guarantee that certain designs will not sell out or become discontinued. If the item(s) you order is not available or on backorder, we will contact you via email.

EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Small Roar purchase. Please consult the size info chart for specific measurements. When in doubt, buy the bigger size as our products are made to fit.

That said if you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.
No refunds. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn) and packaging (including attached hangtag). Ship the item(s) prepaid, insured and securely packaged along with a check for $5.00 to cover re-shipping. Please email info@smallroar.com for additional information.

COLORS
We have done everything we can to display our designs accurately on this website. However, all monitors are different and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of our designs will portray the exact color.

We are sensitive to the privacy of our customers. Any information collected is for the sole purpose of order processing and will not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law.
